Thank you for shopping with us at NEOXDESIGN ! We’re committed to delivering your favorite garments as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-demand periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days 

    • We ship through India Post if customer’s pin code isn’t serviced by other couriers.
    • Standard India Post shipping rate: ₹63.7 for 0.5 Kg.
    • For certain northeast pin codes, charges may be up to ₹127.4

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We currently don't ship to other countries.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

5. Delays & Exceptions

We do our best to meet delivery estimates, but occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, customs). We appreciate your patience and understanding.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
